The members of the association who need it to answer you, and our technical providers, each for their own part:

  • Vercel (website hosting);
  • Google (Google Workspace email; Google Tag Manager and Google Ads only if you accept them);
  • Meta (WhatsApp, if you contact us that way).

Transfers outside the European Union

Vercel, Google and Meta are based in the United States. These transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) and, where relevant, on standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

No audience measurement or advertising cookie is set without your consent, and no Google tool is loaded before you choose. On your first visit, a banner lets you accept all, reject all or choose by category. You can change your mind at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is kept for 6 months, after which we ask again.

Category Tool What is stored Duration
Necessary NCI website nci-consent (your browser’s local storage): your cookie choices 6 months
Audience measurement Google Tag Manager (and Google Analytics if enabled in it) _ga and _ga_* cookies when Google Analytics is active Per Google’s configuration, 13 months at most
Advertising Google Ads _gcl_au cookie and Google ad-related cookies Per Google’s configuration, 13 months at most

Because the Google Ads tag is linked to our Google Analytics property, it only loads if you also accept audience measurement.

When you withdraw your consent, we delete Google cookies from our domain and reload the page.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to set instructions about your data after your death. To exercise them, write to contact@nci.ngo: we answer within one month.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
